Payment Policy

We require payment on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. *$25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Minit Maids does not bill at this time.

Lock-Out Policy

Lock-outs can happen due to storm doors locked, forgotten keys, etc. After the first incident we reserve the right to charge our minimum service visit payable by the next cleaning date.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 24 hours and we will be glad to re-clean the problem area(s) at no cost. Refunds are not available.
