Payment Policy

We require payment on the day of service. We prefer checks but also accept all major credit cards, checks, online bank pay or cash. *$25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Minit Maids does not bill at this time.  We will ask for you credit card if you miss two cleanings without payment.  There are times you might forget to leave payment and that will enable us to run your credit card for that visit only.

Lock-Out Policy

Lock-outs can happen due to storm doors locked, forgotten keys, etc. After the first incident we reserve the right to charge a $50 lock out fee payable by the next cleaning date.

TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 24 hours and we will be glad to re-clean the problem area(s) at no cost. Refunds are not available.
