Share the home details that matter
Provide your address, ZIP code, approximate size and preferred timing. Describe the current condition, when the home was last professionally cleaned and the rooms that need attention. The office checks coverage and any designated service-day limits before confirming a visit.
Agree the cleaning level and extras
Discuss recurring maintenance, a deep clean, one-time help or an empty-home moving clean. Review the checklist and identify specialty requests in advance. Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning, interior windows and linen changes have an additional charge; they are not automatically part of every service.
Explain access, pets and surface concerns
Tell the office how the team can enter, whether pets will be home and which surfaces need particular care. Keep valuable or sensitive belongings secured and clear access to the agreed cleaning areas. Discuss product preferences rather than assuming a particular product will be used.
Keep the office in the loop
